David Russell
Non Executive Director
David has extensive experience in both operations and finance having held various positions with Hampden Group plc during the period 1980 to 2000, which culminated in him leading the Group as Chief Executive.
David has held a number of public appointments including Chairman of the Eastern Health and Social Services Board and currently serves as a Belfast Harbour Commissioner. He has also held many other Board positions such as Save the Children, NI Advisory Committee to the London Stock Exchange and as a member of the University of Ulster Council and is currently Chairman of RNLI Portaferry Lifeboat Group.
