He has been extensively involved in major corporate transactions involving the admission of companies such as Galen Holdings plc to the London and New York Stock Exchange, the admission of First Derivatives plc to the London and Dublin Stock Exchanges as well as complex corporate financing projects within the UK, Europe, US and Africa.
