Gas Suppliers

Phoenix Natural Gas does not sell gas to homes and businesses. We are a network operator and gas transporter responsible for installing and maintaining meters and meter cabinets on behalf of gas suppliers and property owners.

Property owners can arrange for Phoenix Natural Gas to connect their property to the natural gas network. Phoenix Natural Gas will allocate a default gas supplier, which is currently Phoenix Supply Ltd.

Once connected if you wish to change your gas supplier you can choose from the list below and the supplier will take you through the steps. Where the property is public or private rented it is normally the tenant who selects the gas supplier.

Please note that Phoenix Natural Gas cannot accept instructions directly from a customer to change their gas supplier.
