Customer Feedback Continues to Fuel Success

Phoenix Energy has revealed the results of its most recent independent market connected customer research*, with 99% of recently connected customers saying they would recommend natural gas to a friend of family member.

Conducted by MRNI (Market Research NI) respondents also feedback on the ease of the process with 80% of recently connected customers surveyed reporting the process to be easy, and 90% suggesting that the connection process could not be improved upon.

Commenting on the results, Jonathan Martindale, Director of Business Development at Phoenix Energy said: “We are delighted to see consumers continuing to enjoy high levels of service and satisfaction when making the move to natural gas.


“As well as accessing additional lifestyle and convenience benefits, such as instant heat and constant hot water, we are seeing more customers connecting to natural gas as a way to reduce their household carbon footprint**.  We continue to invest in our network as we increase access to the network to even more properties across the licence area and we look forward to welcoming even more consumers to natural gas in the months and years ahead.”
